1. Booking Confirmation:

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed via call, SMS, or email with trip and driver details.

2. Service Area:

Pandian Cabs operates only for outstation trips over 130 km across Tamil Nadu.

3. Payment Terms:

• Payment must be made in full by the end of the journey unless otherwise agreed.

• Accepted payment methods: Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer.

4. Cancellation Policy:

• No charges for cancellations made 12 hours before the trip.

• A cancellation fee may apply for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

5. Vehicle & Driver Assignment:

We reserve the right to change the assigned vehicle or driver in case of unavoidable circumstances.

6. Liability:

Pandian Cabs is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or other uncontrollable conditions. However, we always strive to be on time.

7. Passenger Conduct:

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully. Any damage to the vehicle or misconduct may result in termination of the ride.

8. Changes to Terms:

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our service implies acceptance of the updated terms.
